Certain technology and practices allow websites to provide an increased level of security for your personal information when appropriate. We are not responsible for the privacy of e-mail messages except those stored in our system.

We use the following practices on our website to enhance the level of security for communication and the transmission of personal information:

We have taken reasonable steps to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of personally identifiable information that you may provide.

We use e-mail forms to allow our customers to ask questions about our services and programmes. The possibility exists that unauthorised individuals may intercept email messages.

Where TrusTED reasonably believes that you are or may be in breach of any of the laws of England or Wales (e.g. because content you have posted may be defamatory), TrusTED may use your personal information to inform relevant third parties such as your Internet provider or law enforcement agencies about the content and your behaviour.

I am committed to maintaining the highest degree of integrity in all dealings with potential, current and past clients, both in terms of normal commercial confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received in the course of providing the business services concerned. I extend the same standards to all our customers, suppliers and associates.

I always conduct my own services honestly and honourably and expect my clients and suppliers to do the same. My advice, strategic assistance and the methods imparted through my training take proper account of ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of my clients and suppliers.

My contract will usually be in the form of a detailed estimate, including my aims, activities, costs and timescales. The quality of our service and the value of our support provide the only the true basis for continuity. I always try to meet my clients’ contractual requirements, and particularly for situations where an external funding provider requires more official parameters and controls.

My fees are always competitive for what I provide, which is high quality, tailored, specialised service. As such I do not generally offer arbitrary discounts; generally, a reduction in price is only enabled by reducing the level or extent of services to be delivered. That said, I always try to propose solutions that accommodate my clients’ available budgets and timescales. Wherever possible I will agree on my fees and the basis of charges clearly in advance so that myself and my clients can plan reliably for what lies ahead, and how it is to be achieved and financially justified.

I aim to be as flexible as possible in the way that our services are charged. Some clients prefer fixed project fees; others are happier with retainers, and I try to fit in with what will be best for the client. I make no attempt to charge interest on late payments, so I expect payments to be made when agreed. My terms are generally within seven days of completion of work.

I retain the moral rights in, and ownership of, all intellectual property that I create unless agreed otherwise in advance with my clients. In return, I respect the moral and intellectual copyright vested in my clients’ intellectual property.

I conduct all of my activities professionally and with integrity. I take great care to be completely objective in my judgement and any recommendations that I give so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of my clients.
